3/4 cup sunflower kernel, roasted and salted
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup cranberries, dried, sweetened
1/4 cup toasted wheat germ
1/4 cup whole-wheat flour
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 cup sunflower margarine
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup honey
Preheat oven to 350F.
