CROP & WEATHER COMMENTS Crop rating increased again this week in SD with 75 percent of the crop rated good to excellent. The ND rating remained mostly unchanged and rating conditions increased in all of the remaining reporting states. Soil moisture is mostly above average in all reporting states. Temperatures have been average to above average helping greatly in the maturity of the crop. Blooming has begun with SD reporting 3 percent of the crop in bloom and KS 10 percent in bloom. Some late planting is still ongoing in KS.
