CROP & WEATHER COMMENTS
Wet soil conditions are the most significant production problem in the northern production region. Planting is still continuing in some SD locations. Planting continues in CO and KS including cropping after winter wheat. Harvesting is ongoing in southern Texas with good yields and quality being reported. That crop was planted in February.
