U.S. Sunflower Meal Exports

Most of the U.S. sunflower meal produced is utilized within the United States as an ingredient for the domestic livestock feeding industry.

Four types of sun meal identified by their respective protein contents (28, 30, 32 and 35 percent) are produced in the United States. The product specifications for each of these protein contents are available in the Meal/Wholeseed Feeding section.
