LODGING
The Forum will be held at the Ramada Plaza Suites and Convention Center. A block of rooms have been reserved for January 8 and 9. Call (701) 277-9000 to reserve your room. Be sure to mention "NSA Research Forum" to get the discounted rate of $94 plus tax for a standard room. The block of rooms will be reserved until December 7, 2012.
A lodging alternative is Expressway Suites which is located next to the Ramada. Call (701) 239-4303 to make reservations. The block of rooms is under "Sunflower Research Forum" and the rate is $74.95 plus tax. The block will be released on December 18, 2012.

MEALS
It is presumed you will be attending all meal functions. These include a hot breakfast, lunch, social hour, and the banquet on Wednesday and then breakfast on Thursday. The cost for the Banquet is included in your registration fee. Other meals are provided courtesy of our sponsors. For more information, contact Lerrene Kroh by December 28, 2012.
Anyone requesting a special meal or accommodation should notify NSA within a reasonable time frame. NSA will accommodate reasonable requests.

Wednesday Evening Banquet
Spouses or guests are welcome to attend the evening banquet with a Forum CCA participant. Cost is $30 per guest.
